8 months... Really?

Cache is 8 months old and we are having a hard time believing how fast time flies.

Here are some firsts for this month:

• 1st tooth! We didn't even really know he was teething he's been that good! But we felt the tooth a week ago on Sunday. You'd never know it was bothering him.

• 6 month clothes fit him best.

• He's still not crawling. Just doesn't feel like it yet. Every time we put something in front of him that he might want, he reaches for it and if it isn't in his reach he just rolls over and looks for something else. I guess it's just not worth it to him yet. Funny boy!

• We're finally having some luck getting Cache to eat solids. He's been so funny about it . He eats rice cereal and a fruit or vegetable now once a day. I know it's been a slow start, but we're gonna try some more for dinner tonight. :)

• Napping for him is... well... random. That's the best word I could find to describe it. Sometimes he'll only sleep in his carrier, once in a while he'll sleep in his bed and we're never sure whether it will be 2 hours, 20 minutes, or somewhere in between. He sleeps through the night most nights. Except for the last 2 days. We'll be back on schedule tonight though! :) ha ha!

Our little buddy is so happy and love-able. We are having so much fun being his parents. Here are some pictures with his little teddy. It's hard to believe how small he was. You really would never know he was a preemie to look at him now.
