October- Canning

Canning! This was my first time canning all by myself. I was pretty proud of myself. I made 7- quart  jars of Apple Pie filling that was De-licious. All apples from our trees. It took me forever to do it all by myself, and without an apple peeler/core-er. But it was a labor of love and therefore worth it. Next year, I'll just make sure I have one of those things. ;)
